Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nissa Flow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Medical disclaimer

Nissa Flow is a wellness app, not a medical device or medical service. The information, recommendations, protocols, AI chat responses, and insights provided by the Service are for educational and wellness purposes only.

• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, exercise program, hormone therapy, or other intervention.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or were told through Nissa Flow.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
• Our AI companion (Nura) is an information tool, not a clinician. It may make mistakes. Verify important decisions with your healthcare provider.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. Providing false information about medical conditions could affect the safety of protocol recommendations and is at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trial

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will be asked to provide a payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged for the plan you selected.

Subscription plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the Service and may vary by region/currency. Prices are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period (monthly or annually).

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” option in your Profile, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion for technical issues that prevented you from using the Service. Contact support@nissaflow.com for refund requests.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the AI chat (Nura) to generate content that is harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish content from the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others or hold yourself out as a healthcare provider based on its outputs.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, knowledge cards, protocols, and software, is owned by Nissa Flow and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal wellness purposes during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of the data you provide (quiz answers, daily logs, notes, chat messages). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to operate, improve, and personalize the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI features and limitations

Nissa Flow uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude) to power features including the personalized assessment report, daily action recommendations, pattern insights, and Nura wellness chat. AI outputs:

• May contain errors, omissions, or be incomplete.
• Are based on patterns in published research and your data.
• Should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
• May reflect biases inherent in the underlying training data.

We continuously work to improve AI quality and apply safety guardrails (including hiding supplement protocols for users with certain medical conditions). However, you are responsible for evaluating outputs in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nissa Flow, its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nissa Flow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate to protect the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the UAE, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
